I am a certified personal trainer, and the journey to a healthy relationship with fitness was a personal battle. As a young athlete, I struggled with an unhealthy view of my body, caught in a cycle of unhealthy eating and guilt. This difficult relationship with food and exercise continued after high school and was amplified after the birth of my first child, when I gained 80 pounds, and I was determined to lose it as quickly as possible- even if it wasn’t healthy.

The real turning point came after my third child, when I began running to lose weight. This led to my first Warrior Dash in 2012, and I immediately fell in love with obstacle course racing. I embraced the challenge, pushing myself harder each year, eventually conquering my first Spartan Race in 2015. This was more than just a new hobby; it was a calling. I dove into the world of fitness, learning how to properly fuel my body and train with purpose. My personal motto became, "But did you die?"—a reflection of my grit, not just in workouts but in life's many challenges.

While pushing my limits training for ultra races, I faced new obstacles, including a series of injuries that led to surgery for diastasis recti in 2020. This period of recovery became a new chapter of learning. I studied physical therapy, running mechanics, and preventative exercises to build a stronger body and prevent future injuries. In 2024, I finished first in the 100 mile Midwest Everest race.

Through every struggle, I found a deeper passion: helping others. I became a certified personal trainer, specializing in corrective exercises and nutrition, with a mission to help people learn the truth about fitness, dispel harmful diet trends, and establish healthy habits. As a mom of 4, I understand that life is busy, so I offer "no fuss" workouts that are easy to incorporate into a hectic schedule.

I believe that health and fitness are a lifelong journey, and I want to be your partner, celebrating every step with you. I am here to help you move past your struggles and become the best version of yourself.
